Today I've been working on organizing my photos and I came across these pics of wild rose flowers blooming on the nature trail in June. They are so pretty. Today we visited Marlene's husband, Bob, at Bethel Home. We hadn't seen him since last September at Marlene's funeral. It was so good to see him.Who's Marlene? She was a dear friend and co-worker I've had the privelege of knowing for seven years. I'm a lover and collector of buttons. Recently I made my very own buttons with polymer clay. The first day I started to make them I was hooked on creating them. Today I ventured out on the nature trail and the green is bursting out everywhere now. It's so beautiful. I was busy being a shutterbug today. This week I went to a Recycling Center to pick up some burned out light bulbs for my Recyc-a-lite sculptures. I found out about getting light bulbs from the Auburn Recycling Center in my local Freecycle network. I was so happy to hear of someone offering an unlimited supply of bulbs. Thank you Gerda. Yay! Look, it's the Birthday Bug Parade marching into the Spring Season! These bugs are ready to celebrate along with you. They are also here to bring you an update about the Recyc-a-lite bunnies. Due to Christine's camera's batteries dying, the bunnies weren't able to do a photo shoot as planned. However, they should be able to reschedule for a photo shoot as soon as the batteries are re-charged.
